If you wish to exchange the product you have purchased, you have the option to do so within 7 days from the day you receive your order.
Exchanges are accepted provided that the product has not been worn and is in its original condition. Exchange can be made with any product of equal or greater value than the purchased product.

There is a €5 charge for product exchanges (this concerns the shipping costs of the exchange).
If we speak by phone or by any other means, and the exchange is agreed upon, we will send you the new product you have chosen, and upon receiving it, you will hand the courier the package with the product for exchange (exchange in hand). The €5 exchange fee will be calculated on the new package at the time of delivery, plus the possible difference in price between the products to be exchanged.
Please, in the event that you need to send the package back to us for any reason, make sure to do so with the company ELTA Courier Door-to-Door, with which we collaborate, and with receiver charge (our charge). If you wish to send the package with a different company, you will be responsible for all shipping costs; otherwise, we will not receive your package, and it will be returned to you.

The refund amount will be deposited within 2 business days, after we receive the return package, to the bank account you will provide us with.
You will need to provide us with the IBAN or bank account, the name of the beneficiary, and the bank of the account you wish us to refund the money.
The shipping costs of the return package are deducted from the deposit amount, which is €5.
