Our products are all handmade.
We will start making your products once the payment has cleared in our account and therefore we commit that we can ship no later than 7 days after order has been placed. However, if your style is a basic style already in stock, we can ship earlier than that. Once we ship, we will update your order status with a tracking number which you can use on your country’s postal website to get updates.
Shipping costs are not refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.
