How long will my package stay in the locker?
Your package is available for pickup for 48 hours from the moment it's delivered to the Locker. You can extend this by an additional 24 hours from the "Track your package" section. If the package is not picked up within 3 days, it returns to the BOX NOW sorting center. We'll remind you via SMS 1 and 2 days before this period expires.
How do I pick up a package from a Locker?
If you choose BOX NOW as your delivery method, when your package arrives at the Locker, we'll send you an SMS with the 6-digit PIN code that opens the locker door. Enter the code at the Locker — the door opens and you collect your package!
How many days until I receive my order?
Your package will be delivered to the BoxNow locker within 24 hours. BOX NOW delivers within 24 hours from the moment they receive it from us.
